SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship mainly U.P.S. and FedeX ground. We will ship orders out within 3 to 5 business days after payment clears. U.P.S. and FedeX do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, therefore you have to have a physical address to ship the item to. We will not be responsible for shipping costs sent to the wrong address supplied by the buyer.
You need to double check all the information when your shipping information is added at check out. Make sure you have the ST. #, apartment #, suite #, business name, telephone #, any thing to make sure there is no mistake about where it is to be delivered. If an address has to be changed after the package has shipped there will be an $12.00 charge to get it corrected.
RETURNS
Merchandise should be checked upon arrival, if damaged contact us within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.
If you are not satisfied for any reason please call us for a return authorization code # within 7 days of receipt of the order. All items have to be returned in their original packing and boxes. Items must be in mint condition.The return authorization # must be on the outside of box next to shipping label. Without the authorization # there will be no credit given.
Buyer pays shipping costs to return an item.
Once returns are received credit will be issued less a 15 % restocking fee.
